So, Itch isn't going to let me get a refund because their system tells them that I downloaded the same file 8 times, which doesn't make sense, why would I download the same file that many times? This honestly felt like I got scammed. Not by you, I really do like your game and art, but by the people running the site. The ridiculous download amount claim, the fact you can't even look at the specific purchase, the long wait for support to respond, and the fact they're not even trying to reach out to you about the refund.

Sorry, I don't mean to complain, you didn't do anything wrong. It's just, this whole thing just makes me so upset.

I did get a reply back from support, but they are saying that I downloaded this game 8 seperate times, which I find hard to believe. Is there anyway you can help me figure out what happened?

And by the way, so the refund will remove the game from my account. So if I wanted to download it again, I would have to buy it again, right?

Hi, I was just wondering, is there a way for me to refund my game. In all honesty, I bought the game on an implusive accident.  I do still plan on buying it when its done, it's just, right now I'm trying not to spend money. Again, so sorry for the inconvenience, but a refund would help me. Just let me know before hand if and when you would like to start the refund process because I might change my mind.

It's been about 6 years since the last update...

Any news about the project?

I finally got it to work this morning. I just had to delete some other files for more memory and restart my computer. 

I don't if it's a problem on my end, but anytime I try to download, it just stops working and says the download failed. Any idea on how to fix this?
